The spacious open-plan living area is bathed in natural light, with floor-to-ceiling bi folding doors , allowing the inside and outside to become one space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with making it ideal for both entertaining and everyday living.
Each of the three bedrooms is generously sized, with the master suite featuring its own en-suite bathroom.

At its centre is a high-spec swim spa pool, offering the best of both worlds: a powerful swim current for fitness and resistance training, and integrated spa seating with massaging jets for ultimate relaxation.

Unfortunately this apartment has no disabled access and is not suitable for those with mobility impairments.
Guest Access: Entrance to the property is via a gate that opens onto the south facing front garden with path and steps, leading to a raised terrace.
The front garage is excluded and used by host. We will not need to enter the gate which leads to the property.
